How do I choose roof repair vs roof restoration?
CAN YOU RESTORE ANY/EVERY ROOF?
Our proprietary bio-oil is intended for asphalt shingles only, which is what most CT homes and some commercial buildings have. We cannot restore rubber or membrane roofing.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

- If your roof is clean and does not have any major damage, our technician will apply our proprietary bio-oil to your shingles. The sprayed application takes 1-2 hours.

- While our roof restoration oil is all natural and non-toxic, we still wash down all vegetation, walkways, decks, patios, etc so that your home and property are immaculate when we are done with our work.
ARE THERE WEATHER/SEASONAL RESTRICTIONS?
For the spray application, yes. We cannot spray your roof if the temperature is below freezing, or if there are high winds. Your shingles must be dry, so we cannot spray in the rain or immediately after a rain.
WHAT IF MY ROOF HAS MOSS/ALGAE/LICHEN ON THE SHINGLES?
We cannot spray your roof if it has any significant growth. If you are a DIY’er, we can recommend some products that will remove the growth with relative ease. If you’d prefer a professional cleaning, we have power washing contractors who we can refer to.
We will be able to restore your roof approximately one week after it is cleaned and the growth is removed.
WHAT IF I HAVE DAMAGED OR MISSING SHINGLES?
If there are a few damaged, loose or missing shingles, we can repair or replace those prior to spraying your roof. If the damage is extensive, we can refer you to a roofing contractor who can complete the necessary repairs prior to our spray application.
WHAT IS THE COST?
The price is based on square footage of your roof. In general, the cost to restore your roof is approximately 75% to 80% cheaper than replacing your roof. The average price is approximately $2500. Our licensed technician will always provide a free, no-obligation quote before starting any work, so there will not be any surprises.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
Yes, we can offer a 12 month, interest free financing option, if needed.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, our work comes with a 5-year warranty. The warranty is transferrable, should you be selling your home within that timeframe.
